1. General Refund Policy

  • All services provided are chauffeur-driven only
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, cancellation timing, and service status
  • Once a trip has started, no refund shall be applicable

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Cancellation Before Trip Start

  • If a booking is cancelled well in advance, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-to-case basis
  • Advance payments may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or cancellation charges

2.2 Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made on the same day or close to pickup time may not be eligible for a refund
  • Driver allocation, vehicle preparation, and operational costs are incurred in such cases

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations & Refunds

Dhanarchana Tours & Travels may cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver unavailability due to emergency
  • Natural calamities or safety concerns

In such cases:

  • Customers will be informed at the earliest
  • A refund may be issued, or an alternative vehicle/service may be offered, subject to availability

4. No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is considered when:

  • The customer is unavailable at the pickup location
  • The customer fails to respond to calls or messages
  • The customer delays excessively beyond the agreed pickup time

In such cases:

  • The booking may be cancelled automatically
  • No refund shall be applicable

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds, if any, may be considered in limited situations such as:

  • Trip cancellation before commencement due to unavoidable reasons
  • Service disruption before the start of the journey

Partial refunds are evaluated solely at the discretion of Dhanarchana Tours & Travels.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Trip already started or completed
  • Traffic delays, weather conditions, or road closures
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to factors beyond company control
  • Change of plans after vehicle dispatch

8. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related disputes should be communicated directly to our support team. We aim to resolve issues amicably and fairly based on available facts and records.
