- Self-drive vehicles are not available

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

- Confirmation is provided by our team via call or message
Until confirmation is given, the booking request remains tentative.

Advance booking is strongly recommended for:
- Airport pickup and drop
- Outstation travel
- Weekend and holiday travel
- Tempo traveller and group bookings
Advance bookings help ensure availability and smooth service.
5. Booking Modifications
Customers must inform us in advance for:
- Change in travel date or time
- Change in pickup or drop location
- Change in vehicle type
All changes are subject to availability and may result in fare revision.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking details
- Being present at the pickup location on time
- Responding to driver or company communication
Delays caused by incorrect details or unavailability are not the company’s responsibility.
